Heavy rains coming: Meteorological yellow code warning for 14 provinces including Istanbul
Temperature: Temperatures are expected to drop (2-5°C) in the eastern part of the country and rise (3-5°C) in the western part.
Winds: Winds will be from the north and inwards. In the east, winds will be from the south and southwest, moderate to moderate at times, while in the central and inland Black Sea areas, winds will be from the north and northwest, with speeds of 30-50 km/h. East of Central Anatolia.
Heavy rainfall warning: precipitation; strong rainfall is expected in areas around the Western Black Sea (except Sinop), Eastern Marmara, Çorum and Amasya; caution is advised for possible adverse effects.
Code Yellow Warning: Meteorology has issued a Code Yellow Warning for 14 states. The areas under watch are:
Amasya, Bilecik, Bolu, Bursa, Corum, Istanbul, Kastamonu, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Zonguldak, Bartin, Yalova, Karabuk, Düzce.
