By the appointment decision published in the Official Gazette, in accordance with Articles 2, 3 and 4 of Presidential Decree No. 3, Can Dizdar was appointed to the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Canada.
With this decision, Adil Yıldırım was appointed to the General Directorate of Strategic Development in the Ministry of Commerce, and Inspector Suduk Akırç, Tugba İt and Hüseyin Kasay were appointed to the vacant Chief Inspectorate in the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Musa Koşkun, Hüseyin Küçük, Abdullah Refik Açal, Osman İşenürek and İbrahim were appointed to the vacant Labor Inspectorate in the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Mushaf Examination Review Committee in the vacant Religious Affairs Secretary. Nogman was appointed as a member.
25 new appointments to senior administrative bodies
In addition, the decision stated that the Ministry of Family and Social Services’ Deputy Director General for the Status of Women, Hüliya Yavuz, the Ministry of Commerce’s Deputy Director General for Customs Enforcement, Can Yıldız, and the Ministry of Justice’s Deputy Director General, Gökçen Aygün, were dismissed from their positions.
A total of 25 senior administrative officials were appointed: nine to the Ministry of Commerce, six to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, four to the Ministry of Defence, three to the Ministry of Industry and Technology, two to the Ministry of Transport, one to the Infrastructure Sector, one to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and 18 to members of the governing bodies of various agencies.
