On the morning of the last day of the holiday, the Grand Istanbul Bus Terminal was crowded. The activity at the arriving passenger platform was also experienced at the departing passenger platform. Citizens who had spent their holidays here took advantage of the quietness of Istanbul during the holiday and came to the bus station to return to their hometowns.
“It was so busy I had to go to the hotel.”
Yadigar Shanci said he had no traffic problems coming to Istanbul from Ağlı Dogübayazit, saying, “I was planning to come to Istanbul from Dogübayazit but I couldn’t find a car, all the cars were full. It was very crowded so I had to go to the hotel but the next day the hotel added an extra shuttle service. “The car was very crowded but there was nothing. The roads were also congested and the entrance to Istanbul was very quiet,” he said.

Muzhgan Noman, who is traveling to Bulgaria, emphasized that he was able to catch the bus because the roads were calm, saying, “I come from Bursa, now I’m going to Plovdiv.
