ISTANBUL – Cengiz Yuldutek, known for the character “Cengo” in the TV series “ZeroBir”, sustained a head injury in an armed attack on the set of the TV series “Kıyma”, filmed for BluTV last night. A pro-gang account known as “Daltons” claimed responsibility for the attack on Cengiz Yuldutek in a TikTok post, after a bullet grazed his head and nearly killed him.
An account posting on behalf of the “Dalton family” posted a message saying Cengiz Yuldutek was targeted because of his closeness to Halil Ay, a gang leader who was allegedly murdered by the Dalton family in France.
Ambush at Hargis Bridge
Wanted for 17 crimes and fleeing to France, Halil Ay was murdered by two people on August 6, 2023 at the farm where he was hiding. The hostilities that led to the murder of Halil Ay in France were based on an armed clash that took place on January 14, 2023 at the Golden Horn Bridge in Istanbul. Reportedly, after an altercation over drug collection, Barish Boyun, known as the leader of the Boyun gang, ordered his subordinates, the Dalton gang, to kill Halil Ay. Halil Ay survived the arson attack by suspects who ambushed him and three friends on the Golden Horn Bridge, while his friend Kumari Aslan died.
Burak Akiyuz also targeted
Halil Ay, who has since fled to France, was also killed in the attack. In yesterday’s attack on the series, Cengiz Yuldutek was allegedly targeted due to his closeness to Halil Ay and his attendance at the funeral. The same account also targeted another ZeroBir player, Burak Akyüz, by sharing photos.
A photo of the injury was shared along with the song “DemedİK MI ŞAŞKIN”
On social media, accounts close to the Dalton gang shared photos of Yuldutek and posted a “smiling” post after the attack. One account shared, “There will be more flow in the new year,” and also praised the Dalton gang. Another post of a video he shared a few days ago with his face masked shared the song “Şaşkın” by Erkin Koray with the message, “Didn’t I tell you he was confused?”
Additionally, in posts on social media accounts after the attack, a photo of the injured Cengizhan Yuldutek was shared under the pseudonym “DLT Shabo” with the message “From those who gave justice.” Social media is filled with photos of members of Dalton’s gang wearing masks, armed with Kalishnikovs, and riding motorcycles.
