Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese didn’t abandon their NCAA rivalry, instead taking it to the WNBA.
The rookies now have some real league experience and have survived a month of back-to-back games, and the No. 1 and No. 7 players are performing well despite the questions and concerns surrounding the transition to professional football. Of course, neither the Fever nor the Sky are championship-caliber teams yet, but Clarke and Rees’ impact is worth noting.
It’s no secret that the two are no strangers. They went head-to-head in the 2023 Finals, giving fans one of the best championships in recent history. The end of the season marked the beginning of their on-court rivalry and off-court stardom.
As they continue on their WNBA journey for three more games, let’s take a look back at Clark and Reese’s past games from their collegiate and pro days.
