The plaques are located near the intersection of St. James Court and Belgravia Court. Two plaques have been installed in Old Louisville commemorating key events in the city’s LGBTQ history. The plaques are located near the intersection of St. James Court and Belgravia Court. One plaque commemorates the founding of the Louisville Gay Liberation Front in 1970, the first public LGBTQ advocacy group in Kentucky. The other commemorates the historic Jones v.
