This guy has a hatred for haters.
The tall, muscular, tattooed hunk says he is constantly reminded how “ugly” he looks by potential female fans online.
“If I don’t wear a hat, I look awful,” Stephen, 34, a British influencer known to his 3.9 million TikTok followers as @Lord_Dermott, said in a viral confession about wanting a hair transplant.
“I’m a hat guy,” he added, suggesting that he feels compelled to wear hats to enhance his image, like “catfish” who lie about their identities and appearances online in order to deceive romantic partners.
In a somewhat self-deprecating video, which had been viewed more than 1.9 million times by Monday afternoon, father-of-three Stephen scolded a female commenter who described him as “less attractive” without a hat.
During the virtual pep talk, Stephen explained that he has gone to great lengths to hide his unattractive head, including undergoing surgery in May 2022 to smooth out his receding hairline.

“Almost a year ago, I flew to Turkey to make my hair transparent to solve these problems that bigots have,” he said, removing his baseball cap to reveal his forehead.
“I know I’m ugly,” Stephen added, directly responding to the haters’ criticism. “I agree with you.”
He continued, “The difference between me and you is I’m a good person. I have a good character.”

The fed up man has now demanded his critics reveal their true selves online to gain public attention.
“Take off the makeup,” Steven urged, “and take a little video…so we can see your ugly personality and what your face looks like without makeup.”
And the impressed crowd applauded Stephen as he fought back brilliantly against his attackers.
“People can be beautiful without hair. She’s as blind as a bat,” one commentator enthused.
“I don’t know what she’s looking at but it looks like a handsome man!” another fan claimed.
“Tell that to all the haters! It looks amazing,” cheered another.

The men all agreed, praising Steven for how sexy he looked without a hat.
“I’m a guy and you’re a very handsome man. I’m not afraid to tell anyone that you’re very good looking,” the kind man complimented.
“You take off your hat and suddenly I’m gay. Don’t underestimate yourself,” another user wrote.
In a previous post, Steven, who live-streamed his hair transplant procedure, slammed critics who mocked him for getting the transplant as a gift from Now Hair Time.
“I’ve wanted to do this for years and years,” he gushed, “and I was going to go down the route of gluing a lock of my hair onto my head just to see what it would look like.”
Explaining his motivation for publishing his surgery and its results, he said, “I wanted other men who feel insecure about their hairline to know that it’s OK to have surgery. I did it for everyone else.”
“Realizing that it’s okay if other petioles are happy or outperforming you will make you a better person,” Steven said.
