The 69th final of the UEFA Champions League, the most important organization at the club level in European football, took place at Wembley Stadium in England, between the Spanish team Real Madrid and the German team Borussia Dortmund. The match was started at 10:00pm Japan time, with Slovenian referee Slavko Vincic blowing the whistle. Dortmund started the game early, launching successive attacks.
