We’re not done yet! 90 Day Fiancé alum Darcey Silva and her sister Stacey Silva have had “one more” cosmetic surgery. Comfort Zone Surgery in Istanbul, Turkey, revealed on Instagram on Wednesday, March 8, that Darcey and Stacey, 48, had more cosmetic surgery done by Dr. Ozgur Piranchi. “The stunning reality TV stars of @tlc @darceysilva @staceysilvatv @thesilvatwins came back to us for another round of facial plastic surgery. They both chose the same procedure to stay twins,” the doctor’s office captioned the video. Darcey and Stacey received a neck lift, liposuction of the chin, lateral blepharoplasty known as fox eye, cheek lift, and revised rhinoplasty. Throughout the video, fans could watch Darcey and Stacey discuss the changes they would like to make, with the doctor giving them advice and ideas. The video concludes with before and after photos of Darcey and Stacey while they were still in the operating room. After the procedure, Stacey said on her Instagram Story that she was “delighted with the results from the best clinic and doctor,” and also shared a photo of herself after the procedure. The 2023 procedure is not the first time the sisters have had surgery. During season 2 of the show Darcey & Stacey, the two traveled to Turkey to get a “twin makeover.” At the time, Darcey explained that they “did a lot of research” before ultimately deciding to have the procedure done at a clinic in Turkey. “I wanted to lift everything on my body,” Darcey told Entertainment Tonight in July 2021. “Everything’s been lifted. I got a little lip lift, a little nose lift, a breast lift, a slimmer waist. Everything’s just a little bit more refined. I feel like I’m lighter.” During their first visit to the clinic, the reality stars underwent rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, Brazilian butt lift, and VASER liposuction. They also got a lip lift and Hollywood Smile Veneer package. Though the sisters faced criticism online for their decision to change their appearance, Darcey said she has no regrets, emphasizing that it was a “spiritual” journey for them. “We’ve become better versions of ourselves, that’s how I feel, but it starts from the inside,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “Going together as twins has really bonded us and it’s like, the whole thing has become an experience.
