A 68-year-old woman has shocked the internet after allegedly undergoing a before and after plastic surgery transformation.
A Turkish cosmetic surgeon has shared several photos on TikTok that he claims were taken before and after facial surgery on a patient.
The controversial surgical clinic in Istanbul boasts that it is the “best facial plastic surgery clinic in Istanbul” and has left the internet baffled by its “insane” changes.

This short clip shows three separate before and after shots taken from front, right profile, and left profile angles.
In the first photo, the patient’s face shows the usual signs of aging, which is quite natural, but in the second photo, which is said to have been taken after several surgeries, the woman appears to be an almost completely different person. It looks like.
The caption on the TikTok reads: “Our beloved patient Miss Direk after 2 years of rhinoplasty facelift and blepharoplasty surgery. We look forward to your comments.”
The surgery in question was reportedly performed by Dr. May.
The video has received more than 85,000 views and 4,000 likes in just three days since it was posted, as well as dozens of comments from people wanting to share their reactions to the “insane” changes. I did.
