The Betsy Hotel
Located in the heart of South Beach, this upscale boutique hotel is dedicated to arts, culture, and dogs. Guests are welcome (and encouraged!) to bring their own pups to enjoy the Miami sun. However, if you do not have a pet of your own, our resident golden she-retrievers, Katie and Betsy, will be waiting in the lobby to greet guests at check-in. Betsy also hosts events in partnership with Miami Her Dade County Animal Services. During this period, locals and visitors can meet rescue cats and dogs in hopes of finding homes.

This award-winning Michigan hotel is home to Nick, a 5-year-old border collie. You can catch a glimpse of the playful dogs running around the grounds as they go about their business. Nick is responsible for keeping the birds and geese away from the guests and the large lawn. When he’s not working, guests can find him hanging out in the lobby and interacting with visiting children.

The resort occupies a 40-acre private island that is home to Aruba’s only pink flamingos. The original lovebirds, Allie and Noah (“If you’re a bird, I’m a bird!” has never been more meaningful), she married in 2015 and created a “feather” that encourages guests to discover pink feathers. We have launched a campaign focused on living things. Last year, the family expanded, including adopting a baby flamingo. Guests can book special bird sessions for photos and feedings.
